Job Description

  • Assist in the HR administration for the full employee cycle (new hire, mobilities, leavers, absences, holidays, trainings, …).
  • Support the administration of the personnel files, take care of the practical aspect of the new arrivals, leavers and mobilities, follow-up on teleworking contracts.
  • Update the HR tools, such as MyLearning / MyDevelopment (training tool), B.Welcome (recruitment and internal mobility tool), …
  • Provide support to the HR Advisor in the recruitment process. Publish vacancies in the appropriate tools / communication channels.
  • Provide support for the practical organization of trainings and certifications, including liaising with service providers on practical elements, booking meeting rooms, inviting staff to events, keeping track of presences, obtaining feedback from participants. Follow-up on expenses and keep track of budget and responsible for training reporting.
  • Provide support with the general HR mailbox. First point of contact to employees and managers.
  • Support / back-up for all the communication towards staff, either by mail or in Belgian Newsletter.
  • Project team member for selected local and/or cross border HR projects.
  • Give advice, input and support for the HR Operational Handbook or other policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (or equivalent by experience), ideally in HR or communications
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in an HR position is required
  • Good administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Positive mindset, team player, strong communication skills, organisation skills & eye for detail
