Job Description

- Managing incoming calls and foster customer loyalty.
- Processing orders and inform customers about ongoing offers.
- Tracking the files of existing and potential customers (orders, information requests, updating data for our database, etc.).
- Reaching out to new clients through a proactive approach.
- Re-engaging dormant clients.
- Undertaking sales initiatives for both existing and future clients.

The Successful Applicant

- You are friendly on the phone and comfortable with human interaction.
- You are a Dutch speaker with a strong command of French and German (English is a plus).
- You have a good proficiency in the Dutch language.
- You are dynamic and easily establish connections with clients.
- You manage your time well and possess strong organisational skills.
- You have a proactive attitude and enjoy teamwork. You are versatile and like helping your colleagues.
- You are an experienced, communicative, and results-oriented negotiator.
- You have a basic understanding of Word and Excel (knowledge of the Google Suite is a plus).
