Job Description

As Facility / Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the office
  • Follow-up & ordering of office supplies
  • Contact for suppliers
  • Managing in/out mail
  • Managing badges & access for visitors & employees
  • General administrative support (phone, documents, emails...) at the reception

The Successful Applicant

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English
  • You can use MS Office fluently
  • You have at least 1 year experience in administration/reception or another relevant function
  • You are hands-on, dynamic, organised & proactive
  • You are sociable and have good communication skills
