About Our Client

Our client is an international company, leader in its field and present in your daily life.

Job Description

  • Daily contact with customers via e-mail
  • Monitor delivery times and prices, take action where necessary
  • Providing correct advice to customers
  • Ensuring the correct entry of orders into the inventory system on a daily basis
  • Order follow-up (RMA, complaints, pricing, back orders,...)
  • Preparation of proforma invoices based on Excel data

The Successful Applicant

  • You are a customer-oriented, problem-solving team player.
  • You preferably have knowledge of customs regulations
  • In addition, you are fluent in French and English
  • A good knowledge of MS Office
  • A knowledge of incoterms is a big plus!
