Job Description

  • Manage emails.
  • Process and manage orders.
  • Handle technical questions; escalate complex cases to technical support.
  • Work in a B2B environment.
  • Assist customers with repairs, technical and commercial inquiries, portal access, finance, stock, and pricing.
