Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible support and service. You will be the bridge between customers and internal teams, making sure every request is handled efficiently while building long-term relationships.

Tasks:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring top-notch service and quick issue resolution
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they maximize the value of our products/services
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and technical support) to streamline customer requests
  • Analyze customer needs and proactively suggest solutions to improve their experience
  • Use SAP to track orders, manage customer data, and optimize processes
  • Handle unexpected challenges with a hands-on and flexible approach

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that:

  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or customer service
  • Knowledge of SAP (or a willingness to learn) is a big plus
  • A problem-solver with a hands-on mentality
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
