Are you a customer-oriented professional with a passion for delivering top-notch service? Do you speak fluent Dutch and have a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team and provide exceptional support to their customers.

Tasks:



  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.


  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products/services.


  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering a personalized and efficient service experience.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements.


  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases.


  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.

Profiel

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist that:

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
