Job Description

An international company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to oversee the timely delivery of products and materials to both direct customers and the field force, in line with the agreed delivery schedule.

Tasks:



  • Order Fulfillment: Manage all daily operations within the Order-to-Cash process in SAP to ensure the timely delivery of products and materials to direct customers and sales representatives (credit release not included). Ensure a 100% match between customer orders, delivery orders, and 3PL delivery reports to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet Track & Trace standards.


  • Returns & Credit Notes: Collect and process all necessary information to initiate returns or credit notes. Coordinate the approval flow to ensure efficient and timely processing. Ensure compliance with Track & Trace regulations where applicable.


  • Stock Control: Maintain ownership of the stock control file, providing an overview of inventory levels. Update stock levels and production data daily, with weekly reconciliation of actuals. Align with the demand planner on stock priorities and support Order-to-Cash for smooth SKU transitions. Conduct weekly stock alignments, investigate irregularities, manage blocked stock, and oversee product lifecycle management within the SKU database.


  • SPOC for 3PLs: Serve as the primary contact for logistics partners, overseeing daily shipments to direct customers and sales representatives.


  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure timely execution and documentation of all required internal controls, adhering to compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist that:

  • Higher Professional Education (Bachelor).
  • Work experience within order to cash, logistics (preferably 3 years or more).
  • Fluent Dutch, French & English.
  • PC literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
