Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in the retail sector, is looking for an Customer Service Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order process while coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Order Management: Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Invoicing & Credit Control: Oversee the billing process, monitor outstanding payments, and handle credit notes when necessary.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with warehouses and transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoice-related questions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the order-to-cash workflow to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in SAP and generate reports for internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist that:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, or Logistics role, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and customer-focused approach.
