Job Description

The main tasks and responsibilities for a Customer Service Specialist focusing on the DACH market:

  • Manage and process customer orders for medical products with a focus on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies, maintaining a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to provide order status updates and address any potential delays.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency in order management.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications of a successfully Customer Service Specialist:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German is essential: additional proficiency in English & Dutch or French is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with medical products and regulatory requirements is a plus.
