Job Description

Your ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted contact for customers in Dutch, English, and French.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience by proactively communicating updates and resolving issues.



Sales Support & Operational Coordination

  • Prepare and process quotations, orders, and customer documentation.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and commercial follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with logistics, planning, and technical teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor open orders, delays, and customer requests, taking initiative to solve bottlenecks.



Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Track KPIs such as order volumes, customer trends, delivery performance, and margin evolution.
  • Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities and present insights to management.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvements based on data‑driven insights.



The Successful Applicant

  • You speak Dutch, English, and French fluently.
  • You have several years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management, ideally in an international or technical environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, reports, and KPIs.
  • You're comfortable with Excel and digital tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics, Navision…) is a plus.
  • You're organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • You're proactive, solution‑oriented, and ready to take ownership in a mid‑management role.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and supporting continuous improvement.
