My client designs and produces a wide range of access control systems for pedestrians, vehicles and passengers.

Job Description

  • Management of a customer portfolio
  • Prepare quotes and send them to the customer or sales manager
  • Provide support to the sales department for all information concerning the monitoring and management of files
  • Control, process and launch orders for spare parts and complete equipment after collecting all the technical and commercial documents and data necessary for the proper execution of the order
  • Assist the sales director in the preparation of commercial offers and the reading of sales contracts
  • Keep files up to date in the ERP system
  • Manage the invoicing of customer files and ensure compliance with the conditions set by finance.
  • Point of contact: you are the client's main contact for questions related to the follow-up of a file (production deadlines, transport, etc.)
  • Monitoring the progress of files until delivery of materials (coordinate shipments of orders)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with commercial or technical direction.
  • First experience in a similar position (customer contact & order processing).
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (min. B2). Knowledge of other languages ​​is a valuable asset.
  • Good knowledge of the industry and technical products
  • Mastery of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system
