Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Handle client inquiries via phone and e-mail in a professional and friendly manner.


  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, including delivery problems, product inquiries, and returns.


  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order updates.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Qualifications



  • Bilingual in Dutch and French (written and spoken) - English is a plus.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and offer clear solutions.


  • Proficient in using customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
