Job Description

Tasks :



  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy.


  • Act as the primary contact for French- and English-speaking customers, providing clear and professional communication.


  • Handle inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and after-sales service.


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, supply chain, and finance to resolve issues.


  • Ensure proper use of SAP for order processing, tracking, and reporting.


  • Monitor order status and proactively inform customers of any changes or delays.


  • Support the improvement of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and solution-oriented service.



The Successful Applicant



  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).


  • Previous experience in Customer Service with a focus on the order-to-cash cycle.


  • Solid working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.


  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
