We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the air freight or cargo industry. Based in either Liège or Brucargo, you will be the key point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments and exceptional service delivery.

Functie

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming customer inquiries related to air freight shipments


  • Coordinate bookings, documentation, and follow-up with airlines and cargo handlers


  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding shipment status, delays, or issues


  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, sales, customs) to ensure seamless service


  • Handle complaints or service disruptions with professionalism and efficiency


  • Maintain and update shipment records in internal systems


  • Support billing and invoicing processes related to cargo movements

Profiel

Your Profile:



  • Proven experience in air freight, cargo and more specifically in a customer service role


  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills


  • Fluent in French and English; basic Dutch is a plus


  • Familiarity with cargo systems and documentation (AWB, customs clearance, etc.)


  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities


  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
