About Our Client

Our client is an international player active in the medical industry.

They are today actively looking for a Customer Service Order To Cash to reinforce their UK team.

It's a temporary mission for minimum 1 year.

Job Description

As Customer Service Order To Cash you will have following responsibilities:

  • You are responsible (from Belgium) for the UK markets
  • You handle the entire process from Order to Delivery
  • You are the SPOC for the clients, distributors and the different departments internally
  • You handle questions, inquiries, claims, complaints, ..
  • You manage different documentations
  • You are very solution driven
  • You optimize internal processes
  • You act as a back up for your colleagues

The Successful Applicant

The Customer Service Order to Cash has following profile:

  • You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset
  • You have proven Customer Service and/or Logistics experience
  • You are willing to work from Zaventem (3 days home office possible)
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You are solution oriented
  • You are positive and driven
  • You can give your commitment for min 1 year
