About Our Client
Our client is an international player active in the medical industry.
They are today actively looking for a Customer Service Order To Cash to reinforce their UK team.
It's a temporary mission for minimum 1 year.
Job Description
As Customer Service Order To Cash you will have following responsibilities:
- You are responsible (from Belgium) for the UK markets
- You handle the entire process from Order to Delivery
- You are the SPOC for the clients, distributors and the different departments internally
- You handle questions, inquiries, claims, complaints, ..
- You manage different documentations
- You are very solution driven
- You optimize internal processes
- You act as a back up for your colleagues
The Successful Applicant
The Customer Service Order to Cash has following profile:
- You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset
- You have proven Customer Service and/or Logistics experience
- You are willing to work from Zaventem (3 days home office possible)
- You are a strong communicator
- You are solution oriented
- You are positive and driven
- You can give your commitment for min 1 year
