Job Description

  • Sales and post-sales support: deliver product/service sales via phone with expert advice for customers, and efficiently manage post-sales documentation to drive organisational goals.
  • Issue resolution & customer satisfaction: provide timely and quality responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer relations adhere to defined standards and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge enhancement: continuously refine and expand professional skills and technical expertise in Customer Service to leverage them effectively within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, preferably with knowledge of a CRM tool.
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
