Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer ENG/FR, you will be responsible of all aspects of order management activity and play an integral role in supporting sales and operations groups in achieving supply chain global objectives.

Order management, optimization of export/import logistics and cost control, preparation of shipping documentation in compliance with Customs and other regulations are the major duties of this position.

You will have to take care of customers & their orders, sample requests, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner. The client expects a pro-active approach towards problem solving and order follow up.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Customer Service Officer ENG/FR :

- has a previous Customer Service experience

- has a very good level of English and French

- understands Dutch easily

- has a good understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures with respect to Export/Import activity

- has SAP proficiency

- has working knowledge of the full MS Office packadge
