Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer After Sales at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails.
  • Analyze service requests and determine necessary actions.
  • Plan and coordinate daily schedules for technicians.
  • Oversee technician planning for our client's locations.
  • Order materials and follow up on deliveries.
  • Ensure proper administrative follow-up of cases and encode information in the ERP.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Collaborate closely with the manager and technical teams.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Customer Service Officer After Sales would have the following skills:

  • Strong commercial mindset and customer‑oriented approach.
  • Fluent in French and Dutch. English is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in after-sales, customer service, planning, or technical administration.
  • Able to quickly gain autonomy.
  • Reactive, organised, and responsible.
  • Easy communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
