About Our Client

Our client is an international player in the medical sector.

They are reinforcing their Customer Service team and are looking for a Customer Service OTC.

Job Description

As Customer Service OTC (Order to Cash) you will have following responsibilities:

  • you manage the orders from A to Z
  • you work on a daily basis in SAP
  • you monitor the shipping and delivery of complex orders
  • You work closely with sales, planning, logistics, finance departments
  • You analyze the different processes and optimize them for the future
  • You are the SPOC (single point of contact) for a group of customers and you develop a strong relationship with them
  • You work on ad hoc projects (sales support, fairs and conferences, ...)

The Successful Applicant

As Customer Service OTC you have following profile:

  • You have proven experience as Customer Service OTC (ideally in chemical, medical or pharmaceutical companies)
  • You speak fluent English and Dutch (any other language is a plus)
  • You work from Belgium (with 3 days of home office/week)
  • You can work well in team
  • You can develop strong relationships with people
  • You are very solution oriented
  • You can handle deadlines
