Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints by proposing effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and update customer records in the company database.
  • Provide feedback on customer service trends and potential issues.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Specialist (DACH) should have:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
