Job Description
- Handle incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints by proposing effective solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and update customer records in the company database.
- Provide feedback on customer service trends and potential issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Specialist (DACH) should have:
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
