Job Description

  • Order processing : You will receive orders from our customers, mainly via our B2B portal. Thanks to your accurate and efficient processing of these orders in our system, our customers will receive their purchases quickly.
  • Invoicing : With you at the helm, our major clients can rely on careful and timely invoicing. You ensure that all transactions are handled and documented correctly, giving both them and us a clear overview.
  • ERP - Management : You keep our ERP system, Business Central, up-to-date by using datasheets and uploads. This helps us maintain efficient and organized operational processes.
  • Delivery and logistics: You coordinate the shipment of orders to ensure that our products arrive at customers on time and in perfect condition.
  • Internal optimizations : You are not only involved in day-to-day operations, but you also actively contribute to internal improvements together with your colleagues.
  • Upselling : You also help identify opportunities for upselling, which helps us increase our turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree . Experience in a commercial internal service is a plus, but motivated school leavers with relevant internship experience are also eligible.
  • The French and German languages ​​hold few secrets for you! You can speak fluently to our customers, both in writing and verbally.
  • In addition to a precise way of working , a strong drive and commitment are essential to provide our customers with good solutions and excellent service.
  • Efficiency and taking initiative is also your thing. For example, do you see things that are not (yet) going well? Then you like to tackle this.
  • You are well versed in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), but you can also quickly find your way around other PC programs.
