Job Description

Order Processing: Managing the complete order process, from receipt to delivery. You ensure smooth processing of orders, keep customers informed about order status, and closely coordinate with logistics partners to guarantee timely deliveries.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to our B2B clients.

Technical Support: Collaborating with the technical team to resolve customer inquiries related to our technological medical products. You have a good understanding of the products and can clearly communicate technical information to customers.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately recording customer requests, order information, and other relevant documentation. You contribute to improving internal processes for an efficient workflow.

Internal Coordination: Working with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and technological developments in the sector is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a strong team player.
