About Our Client

Our client is a Belgian brand in the Fashion Industry that has grown exponentially these last 10 years.

In this growth context they are looking to reinforce their DACH team (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) with a Customer Service.

Job Description

As Customer Service DACH you will have following responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Problem Resolution: Assisting customers with complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
  • Order Processing: Managing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with sales, logistics, and technical teams to improve customer experience.
  • Following Up: Ensuring customer issues are resolved and following up to confirm satisfaction.



Your clients are present in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria)

The Successful Applicant

The Customer Service DACH has following profile;

  • You have proven experience in a Customer Service, Sales support or Sales Assistant Role
  • Affinity with the fashion Industry is a plus, not a must
  • You speak fluent German and English
  • You can work based in Brussel (home office is possible 1 to 2 days/Week)
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are a problem solver and you like to liaise with different departments
  • You love accomplished work
