Description du poste

  • Order Management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales, Logistics and finance teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating them when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Profil recherché

A successful Customer Service DACH Brussels should have:
