Job Description

As a Customer Service and Tender Support professional your responsibilities are:

  • Maintain and update customer and tender records in the system.

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service and Tender Support professional should have:

  • Educational background in a relevant field.
  • Experience in customer service or tender support, preferably in the life science industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
