Job Description

As a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant, you play a key role in delivering top-tier service to their clients while ensuring a seamless logistics process. You will be responsible for coordinating orders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:



  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.


  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.


  • Coordinate with the logistics team and external partners to optimize transportation and inventory management.


  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain strong customer relationships.


  • Monitor and update order statuses, proactively informing customers of any changes.


  • Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics, invoicing, and stock management.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

We are looking for a Customer service & Logistics assistant that:



  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.


  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.


  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.


  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
