About Our Client

- Responsibility for the entire order-process
- Act as the contact point for our international clients: you communicate all required information and provide solutions and alternatives
- Manage the commercial and logistics flow in SAP: commercial contacts, pricing agreements, logistics data,...
- Follow-up of the consumption/orders of existing clients and management of the orders
- Manage and direct the complaints of the clients and provide feedback to the customer
The Successful Applicant
The candidate we are looking for has, above all, an excellent knowledge of the English language. Experience within the B2B environment as a customer service officer is required. You have to be communicative and commercially aligned. Knowledge of the incoterms, export documentation and ERP-systems are a very strong plus.
