Our client is based in Brussels.

Job Description

A Customer Care FR / EN at our client would have the following responsibilities:

  • Follow process from order to cash for your customer to provide excellent quality of service to customers.
  • Provide informations and solutions for inquiries about products, logistics or contracts for your customers.
  • Collaborate with concerned departments to find the best solution possible for your customers.
  • Act as Single point of Contact for customer inquiries in your area.
  • Work on process improvements projects within the department.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal Customer Care FR / EN for our client would have the following skills :

  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • Fluency in French & English. Dutch would be a great plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and with a ERP (SAP or else).
  • Great communication skills.
  • Team player & analytical mindset.
