Job Description

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling a variety of incoming queries through phone, email, and live chat (Chatter). Your mission is to provide fast, friendly, and efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Tasks :



  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in Dutch and French


  • Respond to live chat inquiries via Chatter


  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions


  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues


  • Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution


  • Keep internal systems updated with accurate customer information


  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.)



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Customer Advisor that :



  • You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French (spoken and written)


  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • You are dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused


  • You are comfortable with handling multiple channels (calls, emails, chat)


  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment is a plus


  • You are organized and capable of working independently as well as in a team
