About Our Client

Our client is an American biomedical company specializing in the research of blood samples. Through this research, they aim to develop medication for patients suffering from long-term and chronic diseases. A few years ago, the company expanded its presence to Belgium, establishing a location in Ghent.

Due to their pioneering research efforts, they are experiencing significant growth. To sustain this momentum and extend their ability to help more and more people, they are actively seeking new employees to support their mission.

Job Description

  • Maintain and clean GMP production areas, ensuring the cleanliness of equipment and facilities, and monitoring the environment.
  • Support the production of medical products.
  • Generate reports, fill out forms, and review lab equipment logs.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding production status and issues related to safety and quality.
  • Oversee raw materials, auxiliary materials, and waste management.
  • Assist in preparing internal orders, managing zone entries and exits, cleaning, and storage, all while strictly adhering to procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in English or Dutch.
  • A team player with a willingness to work in a shift system, including early and late shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Open to weekend work (not every weekend).
  • Interest in working in a laboratory environment.
  • Detail-oriented and precise in work.
