This role focuses on managing indirect procurement activities, from sourcing and purchasing to supplier performance and cost optimisation, in a cross-functional international environment. You'll act as a key business partner, ensuring compliant, efficient procurement operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Description du poste



  • Act as the main procurement partner for assigned business areas across indirect spend


  • Translate business needs into efficient sourcing solutions with internal stakeholders


  • Manage PR-to-PO flows, spot sourcing, and supplier negotiations to deliver savings


  • Review purchase requests and small contracts for policy and compliance alignment


  • Create and manage POs and BPOs, tracking confirmations and delivery risks


  • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, driving corrective actions


  • Support continuous improvement, data accuracy, and procurement process optimisation



Profil recherché



  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within indirect spend


  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable savings


  • Confident working with Excel (intermediate-advanced); experience with ERP or e-procurement tools is a plus


  • Comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment


  • Fluent in English, with French or Dutch as a strong asset


  • Hands-on, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


  • Flexible and willing to work on-site
