Page Personnel & their client are looking for a Bilingual Buyer (French/Dutch) to join a procurement team. In this role, you will manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.

Job Description



  • Source and purchase construction materials and services in line with project requirements.


  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.


  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.


  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure best value procurement.


  • Prepare reports and provide insights for procurement strategy.



The Successful Applicant



  • Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written) , good command of English is welcome


  • Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably 3 to 5 years.
  • Bachelor in Supply Chain or any related field is welcome.


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.


  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP)
