Job Description



  • 🔍 Analyze & map business processes in SharePoint


  • 📝 Document workflows, procedures & process flows


  • ⚠️ Identify risks & craft smart mitigation strategies


  • 🔄 Optimize & re-engineer processes for efficiency


  • 💡 Propose smarter process management solutions


  • 🤝 Work closely with stakeholders to drive improvements


  • 🧪 Test, evaluate & support system changes


  • 📚 Stay current on trends & share knowledge with the tea



The Successful Applicant



  • 🎓 Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Info Systems + solid experience in process analysis & optimization


  • 🧠 Analytical Mindset: Sharp eye for improving business processes with accurate documentation


  • 🤝 Collaboration Pro: Strong communicator and team player, great with stakeholders


  • 🛠️ Process Know-How: Skilled in BPM, process reengineering, and tools like SharePoint


  • 📊 Data & Tech Savvy: Hands-on with Excel/Power BI; agile & testing knowledge is a plus


  • 💡 Bonus Skills: Familiar with SAP S/4HANA, project tools (JIRA, Trello), and some coding (Python, Java, or C#)
