About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading independent law firms in Belgium, based in Brussels.

Job Description

  • Set up, maintain and control clients, matters and timekeepers database
  • Produce draft and final invoices for matter supervisors
  • Set up and maintain matters in clients' e-billing portals
  • Send invoices to clients, upload invoices in e-billing portals
  • Provide ad-hoc internal and external reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent proficiency in English with a good knowledge of French or Dutch
  • A can-do attitude and confidence to take full ownership of tasks
  • An advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • A problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn
  • You handle sensitive information with discretion
  • You have a flexible and open-minded personality able to handle day to day tasks
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, rigorous and extremely attentive
  • A true team player, enthusiastic to support other colleagues
  • You have some experience in AR/AP accounting and with ERP systems
