Job Description

  • Prepare, review and issue client invoices
  • Monitor billable hours and ensure consistency with fee agreements
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with clients when needed
  • Support partners with billing reports and financial overviews
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines



The Successful Applicant

  • First experience in billing, accounting or finance (law firm experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset
  • Comfortable with numbers, systems and deadlines
