Job Description

As a Polyvalent Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances on track and our business moving forward. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Accurately recording financial transactions in line with local regulations.
  • Owning the AP & AR processes to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Preparing clear monthly reports and supporting budget monitoring.
  • Reconciling bank statements and quickly resolving discrepancies.
  • Supporting tax filings and acting as a contact point for external auditors.
  • Maintaining reliable financial records for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improving accounting processes and systems to boost efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Polyvalent Accountant brings:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the property industry (a strong plus!)
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
  • Sharp analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle priorities and always meet deadlines
