Our client is an international automotive brand.

They are innovative, they have a strong brand and they defend important values.

Today they are looking for an After Sales Analyst to reinforce their team.

Job Description

As After Sales Analyst you will have two types of responsibilities:

The first one is ANALYTICAL:

  • you create and maintain dashboards with information regarding the after sales department
  • you analyse KPIs, performance, pricing, stock, ..
  • you are the eyes of the After Sales Manager of what's happening in the market
  • you analyse tendencies and trends
  • you work on different ad hoc analytical projects
  • Excel of course has no secrets for you

The second one is SALES & MARKETING:

  • you analyse customer satisfaction
  • you work on sales and marketing projects to animate the after sales network
  • you create client retention programs
  • you create trainings and POS material for the dealer network

The Successful Applicant

The After Sales Analyst has following profile:

  • Master degree
  • Trilingual Dutch, French and English is a must!
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excel has no secrets for you
  • You love to work with numbers and data and interpret them
  • You have automotive affinity
  • You are commercial and business oriented
  • You like a varied function
