Job Description

  • Coordinate general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare, review and format official documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Organise meetings, workshops and events: scheduling, travel arrangements, logistics and minute-taking.
  • Act as the main administrative point of contact for internal teams, partners and visitors.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system (digital and physical) and ensure data is properly recorded and updated.
  • Provide administrative support for basic financial tasks such as invoices and expense tracking.
  • Assist various departments with operational support as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written) - essential.
  • A first solid experience in administration, ideally within an international or non-profit environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, reliable and adaptable person who enjoys working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
