Job Description

  • Manage tasks such as contracts and invoices.
  • Maintain structured documentation on collaboration platforms.
  • Support internal coordination and build strong relationships across teams.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional bringing:

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, project/event support, or executive assistance.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong document‑formatting skills.
  • A professional communication style and ease working with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and ensure progress on multiple parallel tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
