The client is an international company based in Italy and active in the tourism sector all over the world. The office of Brussels is there to take part in the decision-making process concerning their business at the European level.

You will be part of a small dynamic team and will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge regarding the EU policies in Public Affairs.

Job Description

As an EU Administration Officer, your tasks will be mainly these:

  • Organising the database of all contacts
  • Secure meetings with Public Affairs Officers
  • Reading and analysing legislative texts
  • With time and a full training, you will be able to take more responsibilities as monitoring and analysing specific EU policies

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in EU studies, Economics, Administration related to the European Union.
  • You have a perfect level of English and French, other EU language is a big asset.
  • You are autonomous and rigorous.
  • You are capable of interacting with diverse nationalities.
  • You have excellent written oral and behavioural communication skills.
  • Experience in EU trade associations or EU opinion makers is considered as an asset.
