Description:
Your daily task entitles :
- Being in daily contact with customers
- Following-up on on-going files
- Analyse our customer's profile and situation
- Analyse information received and resolving customer problems
- Control and verifying payments
- Manage incoming calls
- Handle outgoing calls
- Complete administration tasks.
Candidate profile:
- You are fluent in French and Dutch
- You just graduated
- You are customer- service minded
- A first experience in the relevant sector is not mandatory, but would be an asset
- You manifest a desire to work in the banking, financial sectors
- You have strong communication skills.
