About our client:
Our client is a bank known as a leader on the market and constantly growing.
One of their office located in Brussels, is looking for a Customer Service to reinforce their team and client services.
Description:
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Work as the contact point for a particular customer portfolio
- Provide quality Customer Service Support in order to sustain an excellent relationship with these customers
- Manage incoming calls
- Analyse information received and resolve customer problems
- Manage other administrative tasks related to customer portfolio (internal administration update customer data, classification of documents, etc.)
- Respect global procedures to guarantee optimal service to customers, in line with corporate values
- Keep updated information on the different product's portfolio.
Candidate profile:
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
- You are able to work with MS Office daily
- You are a communicative and have an eye for detail
- You are customer and solutions oriented
- You can handle multiple tasks at the same time.
