To sustain the rapid growth in Brussels, we currently are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant.
Description:
As Recruitment Consultant in our team, you will :
- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and sales and marketing action ;
- meet and evaluate the candidates ;
- select and present the most suitable profiles to the clients ;
- advise both clients and candidates during the assignment ;
- become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives ;
Candidate profile:
- You have several years experience (from 1 to 5 years experience) ideally in the recruitment field or any relevant experience
- you like challenges, you want to participate to the dynamic growth of our department ;
- you are autonomous, charismatic and pragmatic ;
- you are fluent in Dutch, French and English,
