Our client, an international company with more than 23 offices worldwide, is looking for its Brussels Office a:
Office Manager
Description:
As the Office Manager your main tasks will be:
- Business planning and analysis
- Organise and optimise administrative organisation
- Forward planning in financial matters
- Human resources responsabilities: recruitment, retention, personnel's administration
- Manage office space and facilities
- Dealing with suppliers.
Candidate profile:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.
- Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably as an Office Manager or senior-level operations manager
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficient in English, French and Dutch
- Superb leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs
- Ability to meet the demands of the office and to function independently.
