ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR EMEA HEADQUARTERS (M/F)
About our client:
My client is an well-known multinational with their EMEA head quarters situated in Zaventem.
Description:
- You have a fixed portfolio of (international) customers which are under your responsibility for processing and follow up of their orders
- Maintain in close contact with the shipments in throughout the EMEA zone
- Verify payments and take necessary action in liaison with the accounting department
- Provide general information to clients whenever required
- Complaint handling and consecutive follow up
- Remain in contact with other departments to ensure productivity
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor degree in Languages, Economics or similar
- At least two years experience in administration or customer service
- Language requirements : English and French / Dutch / Spanish
- You are communicative, organised, stress-resistant and international-minded
