About our client:
My client is an international company headquartered in Silicon Valley, with 23 worldwide offices and leader in the digital print.
Description:
As part of the EMEA department, you will provide primary assistance and administrative support to the EMEA customers and your role will consist of :
- Liaising with customers regarding service visits;
- Organising and following up of installations of printers with customers, logistics & US departments;
- Translating of various customers related documents;
- Maintaining close working relationships with various departments to provide overall feedback to customers/sales people;
- Making travel arrangements for Field Service Engineers;
- Liaising with various departments across the organization and provide feedback to customers;
- Handling any administrative tasks related to technical support inquiries;
- Being the first point of contact with customers across the globe;
- Logging cases for service calls;
- Following up for parts shipments.
Candidate profile:
- You are customer oriented and have good communication skills;
- You are fluent in English and Italian;
- You already have a relevant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position within an international environment;
- You are organized and stress resistant;
- You are team player and solution oriented.
