Description:
You will have day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities inside the leasing department. In this role, you will be in contact with the front and the back-office.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Contract management activities: input and activation of contracts;
- Assistance in other administrative tasks: follow-up of direct debits with banks, invoicing, credit notes...;
- Day-to-Day accounting: banks and supplier invoices verification, input, payments...;
- Maintaining lines of professional communication (internal and external).
Candidate profile:
- You have an administration background;
- You have good knowledge of MS-Office;
- You are a team player, assertive and proactive;
- You are fluent in French and Dutch with good knowledge of English.
