About our client:
My client is a globally present player in the medical sector. Their Belgium office is situated in Diegem.

Description:

You will play an essential role in the follow up and customer relations for several of the product divisions:

- Providing information to potential, actual and previous customers by different means
- Processing quotes and orders in an efficient manner through SAP
- Ensure the correct follow up of processes and evaluate with clients
- Provide information for the improvement of the division in order to streamline processes

Candidate profile:

You have an excellent level of French, Dutch and your English is operational.

A previous experience in Customer Service is advantageous. Even more so a background in the medical sector.

You have worked with SAP before and are competent in MS Word and Excel.

Besides that you are stress resistant, flexible and resistant to change.
