About our client:
My client is a large multinational with their EAME HQ in Brussels. In order to reinforce the Events team, I am urgently on the lookout for someone experienced in the organisation of Events.
Description:
You will work in cose collaboration with the Manager and a colleague to ensure the complete organisation from A to Z of Events, Trade Shows, etc.
This includes:
- Gathering the necessary marketing materials (such as presentations, brochures)
- Ensuring the reservations of hotels, travel arrangements for the participants
- Sending invitations, follow up of participants
- Budget follow-up
- Liaising with communication agencies to have the correct house style documents
- Maintain the events calender on the website
Occasional travel involved.
Candidate profile:
You have prior Events experience, preferably on an international level and your English is spotless. Furthermore you are resistant to stress and you thrive on deadlines.
